Email Design & Development
I collaborated with the marketing and design teams at Things Remembered to bring email campaigns to life—from concept to launch. My work combined creativity and technical precision to deliver emails that reflected the brand’s warmth and craftsmanship.
I managed the full creative process: editing and retouching product imagery in Photoshop, designing layouts and visuals in Figma, hand-coding responsive emails in Dreamweaver, and building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Each email was tested in Litmus to ensure a seamless experience across every device and inbox.
Collaboration was at the heart of the role—I worked closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing Design Manager, Senior Director of Retention Marketing, and VP General Manager to ensure every campaign looked great, functioned flawlessly, and connected with customers in a meaningful way.
